This dress is like no other. Features a scoop neck. Cap Sleeves. Ruched bodice. Fit and a-line flare in skirt of dress. Bright kelly green color. Shell: 100% Cotton. Fully lined with 100% Polyester. Pullover style with zipper on left side. Belt it and throw a cardigan over it to dress it down as a statement day dress or accessorize it up for a special occasion. Armpit to armpit flat across ~18" ribcage/waist flat across 14". Length from armpit to bottom hem ~31. Model on sz 6 mannequin (considered TTS).
