Reposhing this item I purchased from @bkump. Loved it, but never wore it. Super cute faux wrap dress with flouncy ruffled front and flutter sleeves. tie at waist. Chiffon (over sheath) off white in color with beige, black and dusty pink polka dots. Back zipper and hook and eye closure. Bra strap snaps. Slight high/low styling.
