I cannot get this game to work in my kids ps5 I gave it to them as a early Christmas gift but it will not load it says disc unreadable for some reason their ps5 is still new only had new disc's used in it till now so I'm not sure why it won't play this one

my suggestion don't purchase from this seller he sold me a game for my kids for Christmas that the game system wouldn't even read saying it was in good like new condition if I hadnt decided to give it to kids kids early I still wouldn't know the damage was hard to see unless you know what your looking for but when the ps5 wouldn't play It I noticed it had sun damage or something all around the outer part of the disc that's taking advantage of people through the holidays

@tasha_marie1992 wow mam I just seen your message and noticed this comment. I am a working individual 6 days a week. I have already requested for your return and told you I am willing to settle this. This is a used game In which was working perfectly for me otherwise I would not have sold you this item. Your issue will be resolved but for you to say not to purchase from me is just “wow” I’m not in business of ripping people off!!!

@jmatthews17 I said those things based off my experience I messaged you first trying to fix the problem but you didn't respond to me if you were in my shoes you would have felt the same way my kid was absolutely heart broken when that game wouldn't work then you didn't answer me what would you think? I'm sorry I just want my money back please

@jmatthews17 the game was never taken out of the case except to put in their Playstation then I took a pic to send to you and put it right back in the case so I'm not sure it just doesn't work I swear

@tasha_marie1992 I understand the frustration but i apologize for not getting back to you as soon as possible. Work is very hectic, its peak season plus I take care of my mom and I have a son on the autism spectrum. Again sorry but this will definitely get resolved for you.

@tasha_marie1992 no worries you will get refunded. I opened a case and feel free or do so also. I use a different platform as well and those platforms has a refund button I think it’s a different process here.
