Call It Spring Fringe Boots

Adorable pair of suede booties. They have a fringe detailing on the side and unique platform design. The heel is about 2 3/4 inches. I have preserved them in mint condition. The heels and soles have be re-soled by a professional cobbler, and an anti slip sole has been added on the bottom, allowing you to wear them after a rainy or a light snow day.
