Almost new my daughter didn’t play with this at all was only for decoration . Its a beautiful house we have also the All furniture we both separate price. The fireplace comes with light also the room have small fixture light. Keep in mind this is expensive house brand new. I sold little lest because we threw away the box 📦. But the house still like new. I pay $296 with taxes. NOT BOX 📦
