Caliche vintage summer dress (late 80's)

This is a stunning vintage summer dress from the late 1980s. Is Union made in the United States and features two pockets one on each side of the dress in the front. It is marked a size 16 however I would say it runs small more like a 12 to 14. Regardless there is a lot of room as this is a flowy dress. The only buttons are the two on the back of the neck.
