Calf length button down beige skirt

Some signs of wear, one button missing on bottom (shown in picture). Easily fixable. Some bleach stains at the bottom from previous owner i poshed from. I don’t know, I feel like it gives it character. I can iron it before shipping the skirt. I’m reposting because it no longer fits around my waist
