This comes with the Caterpillar 🐛 pillow that has everything shown. One extra than the box shows. This doesn’t come with the musical, my son loves that. I added a finger puppet of Dory from finding Nemo. It’s in good condition. We would keep, but my son has mastered tummy time. 🌟Note the box will not come with the pillow. It was to show about the pillow.
