Caitlin R. Kiernan, To Charles Fort, With Love signed & numbered 1st edition

This is a hardbound, first edition 2005 limited printing by Subterranean Press of Caitlin R. Kiernan's short story collection "To Charles Fort, With Love." The limited edition was capped at a print run of 250 copies, each of which came with a bonus chapbook, the "Little Damned Book of Days." This is copy 27 of 250 and includes the chapbook. I am not a professional book grader, but I would say this book is in very good condition with only minimal wear to the dust jacket, while the chapbook is in nearly excellent condition. A gem of a find for a collector of New Weird or Lovecraftian mythos fiction.
