@kikeeblue I'm not exactly sure how to answer your questions. it's about 13.5 inches acrosd the bust when I lay it down flat, and about 18 inches across where it hits the wait, then flares out farther below the waist, and it's stretchy. I'm a 36 DD with a 29 inch waist and it fits snug to my body but comfortable, not tight.
