Cache metallic pleated halter

This dress starts with a tie halter bus line. Under the bus is a ruched area. Then the skirt falls in fuller knife plates to the Bubble hem . The skirt is marked as a 10 but please see measurements I believe it would be better suited to an eight and will list accordingly.
