Cache light blue one shoulder prom dress

Beautiful light blue prom dress with a cute strappy back and built in padding! Has some spotting on the front and back (see pictures) but can probably come out with cleaning (I haven’t tried). Hook at the top of the zipper is broken but the zipper is still fully functional and stays up. Some light pilling on the fabric but it is barely noticeable. Will ship with plastic garment bag the dress came with
