Velveteen. Lining is Rayon/Acetate. Made in USA. I love love this skirt. It has a few faded stains in the front (see photos). Haven't tried to remove them so they may come out from spot clean or dry clean. Otherwise very good condition! Only worn twice.

sweetestunicorn @mrzfabulous hi! Laying flat, the top of the waist is 13”, it’s around 18” at its widest, and length is 17”. I’m typically an 8 and it fits but is a little big at the waist. If I wear it lower (not high waisted) it fits fine.
