Cache- Vibrant Dress size Medium

This dress from Cache is eclectic! I believe the pictures do not do it justice at all, the sleeves are billowing and have slits from the shoulder to the end of the sleeves. All colors mix and match with each other and the bold pattern is just adding more flair. I know it is a Medium but the elastic waist is rather small. A full small would fit this good aa well. Boho or retro? Who cares just love it!
