Cache Ruffled Button Down Blouse Sheer Dark Romantic Victorian Vampire S such a cute blouse, very current with the styles now sold at aritzia etc but this is vintage unforunately the seam came undone on the chest shown, I have not tried to sew it back but since it is on the seam it could be repaired ruffle is covering the seam tho so im not sure how much it would show, you could safety pin it also sheer blouse would look so cute with a lace bra underneath!
