Cacharel Sea Green long sleeve Button Up embroidered Silk? Blouse

This beauty is in good, pre-owned condition, with no issues that I could find. The fabrication/care tag is missing, but it feels like a silk that might have a little bit of a poly blend. I’ve hand washed it and it’s held up really well. Measurements:  Length: ~20.5" Shoulder: 15” Sleeve: 23.5" Under arms: 19”
