Cabi black wool sweater coat with a ruffle collar size small

Very good condition. No holes. 100% wool. The collar is polyester but feels like taffeta. The collar gives the coat an extra pizzazz. Has pockets. Size small but could fit a medium. Please check measurements for sizing.
