Cabi Swing Tunic/Dress - Size Medium

Vintage cowl neck tunic top/dress with thumbholes. Would be cute with legs or tights and high boots. Is a ligher weight fabric. I would say the color isn't black or navy - but somewhere in between. It has a grayish tint to it. I think you could wear with either and still make it work. Style 239
