Note that this book is undated and the date is estimated based on the years the publisher was in business at that location This book is in overall fair condition for its age: • Cover: loose with heavy wear (see pictures) • Spine: marks and wear/tearing at ends. Tear below the title plate • Pages: age marks, brown spots, folded corners and small tears. Most pages are clean though very darkened.
