laniegurl @lauraldavis oh they can be applied as needed throughout the day. For example my son takes his to school & rolls as needed. Wrists, back of neck, temples & bottoms of feet are best!

laniegurl @lauraldavis I have grapeseed, coconut & unsweetened almond.... I would do any I just listed it or grapeseed. None of them affect the scent. I like grapeseed, but totally up to you.
