CUPIO tropical print skirt dress in size small

Cupio one piece dress has a full skirted bottom w/ an elastic waist & ties as well as pockets. Fabric makeup tag missing but top portion seems a cotton w/ elastic/spandex & bottom seems an acetate or lighter polyester material. Skirt portion is voluminous & has movement. Nice mix between dressy & casual. Size small, fits true to size, bottom is more forgiving, waist is elastic, see approx. measurements in photos. Small dot & fabric discrepancy on back, see photos but otherwise great condition.
