CPK Craft Doll Vtg Original Appalachian Artworks, Inc Needs Stuffing Baby Bunny

This little bunny baby is a quandry. I first thought it was a MN Thomas doll baby craft kit, but then the tags on the bunny outfit say it is a CPK and then the Original Appalachian Artworks, Inc, Manufactured under license by Play Along, (HK) Ltd, a division of Jakks Pacific, Inc., so I have no real idea of what I have here. I know the lady that had them was a dollmaker and that's about it. It would be a really sweet little baby to finish. It is so cute! There is a spot on it's face that is a smudge. Please see pictures.
