COUGAR black rain boots with ties size 7

COUGAR black rain boots with ties size 7 . All rubber, thick tread, look brand new, barely worn. Shaft about 7.5” tall, 1.25” heel. These run oversize- I am normally a 7.5 and these fit loose.
