This is so gorgeous! Appears to be vintage or handmade of excellent quality and cotton fabric. Elastic Stretch back and halter tie neck. And pockets!!! Words cannot describe how beautiful this is. Could also be worn strapless with the halter tie neck tucked inside. No size tag or brand tag but fits like a 6-8 or Med. Very good condition.
