COS black shirt dress with dramatic sleeves, NWT

Avant garde mini dress from COS made from black cotton poplin. Shirtdress style with full button placket and shirt collar. Hits above knee. Puffed sleeves with dramatic architectural pleating. Size 4. I love this dress! I bought it because it is so dramatic and flattering, but I never wear dresses. Never worn, new with tags. I hope it finds a new home.
