EUC Appears that these may be new based on condition and the fact that the string for the tag is still attached, but there is no tag so I can't say for sure. I can't find a material tag, but these feel like a jacquard fabric to me. They have an embroidered triangle pattern . The base color is navy blue with cream, burgundy, and black in the design. The black threads have a bit of a sheen to them, but I wouldn't personally call them "shiny". Very cool mod look. These would be perfect with a pair of lug soled penny loafers!
