I bought these for a hiking trip in France. They worked great, but no longer fit. They are extremely comfortable to wear, zippered and have a two button tabs on back side to cinch in the waist if necessary. They also have side pockets in front and one flat pocket on right side. They are a longer cropped wide leg pant. Fantastic for hiking, city walking, and have a European nautical attitude to them. These look great with a striped T-shirt, a scarf with sandals or even hike shoes -just very cool! Fabric is 100% cotton; wash cold inside out, Hang dry. Measurements: The waist 17” or approx. 16” across depending on whether you cinch-in the waist with the button tabs or not. Length is: 39” and inseam is 27” and leg width @ widest part is 13.5” I recently returned from Europe. Wider leg pants- to ankle or longer are still very much the rage in Europe currently.
