COPY - Yellow and Green Folk Art Vase with Floral Accents

This vase is made by Moriyama, a Japanese pottery company established in 1911. The mark featuring a bouquet of flowers and the text "Moriyama, MADE IN JAPAN" suggests a production period sometime between the 1930s and 1960s.  Origin: Moriyama Pottery, Mori-Machi, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.  Establishment: Founded in 1911 by Hidekichi Nakamura.  Markings: Two primary stamps exist - a crown with a wreath and the flower bouquet mark.  Production Period: The "Moriyama, Made in Japan" mark likely dates from 1930s-1960s.  Style: Often hand-painted with floral design.
