This bright red sheath Tahari dress has off the shoulder sleeves with cutouts to expose the tops of the shoulders and drape the floral sheath fabric around the top of the shoulder/upper arm. It’s form fitting and accents the waist. It’s length would be considered a mini dress. Very versatile, great for cocktails dress, weddings, holidays, etc. Never been worn so great condition, zero damages, tears, or rips.
