aq92 @coolgur123 they should be able to tighten those. these satin based ones always have their straps a bit more lose. The pvc amina muaddis tend to have a better strap grip. But a cobbler should be able to tighten them.

aq92 @coolgur123 really? The pictures I took as is before mailing. I never wore them after- i honestly did not see any stones missing if I did I would have def wrote it in details. Or maybe it just wasn’t prominent to the eye. I don’t know if they do send stones like that through customer service. You could try asking customer service though. No harm is trying.
