COPY - Off-white romper with cute sleeve details

Only worn once this not-quite-white romper is super cute on and is a generous small. I trend towards a medium on the bottom, and this still fits. The bottoms are lined but the top is not. The sleeves bell out and have super cute lace detail with little tassels along with the tassels on the tie around the waist.
