COPY - Navy blue velvet pier1 curtain panel

Extra long velvet curtain panel. Never used but out of packaging. White inter lining. Only 1. Not 2 like in picture. There is a stain that won’t come out. See last picture. It was stored with a white faux fur vest and there’s some white lint on it too. The velvet makes it a bit tough to get it all off.
