NWT Joy*Joy Tannie Fray Top size XS. I bought this at a boutique down in Hilton Head didn’t try it on and got home and doesn’t fit me. Dang! Super cute top with frayed bottom hem. Black back with Boucle type front grey, white and gold with black stitching. Approximately 17.5” from under arm to under arm and 22.5” long in front and 24” in back. 65% cotton and 35% polyester.
