Cute black and white paisley shorts by Lucy& Laurel. 97% cotton, 3% elastene, which gives them bit of stretch. It’s hard to see in pics but there are 2 front pockets, 2 back pockets and a zip fly. Measure 16” across waist, 10” rise( which is considered high rise), and 4” inseam.
