super cute and breezy! I've been wearing it as a top with a cardigan and leggings but if you're a little shorter than I am (5'9") it could be a short dress on you? either way, definitely recommend something underneath it. it is old, I did get it at a vintage store along time ago and one of the top straps has a little fray in it - all of which is reflected in the price. it's a great top, I think you'll love it!
