@mikailaphoenix No these aren’t New bags unless it’s listed in the description as NEW. I generally don’t do work on brand new bags. This particular bag is used but I purchased it in good condition. What I do is purchase used bags that maybe have a stain or lost some color of the original bag or maybe the color is dull & not attractive & I’ll get them & redo them to be beautiful again & make them wanted & loved again. I also can fix purse straps, bottom corner edges & clean interiors.
