@ktvtfan1978 it is insulated as this is not a wind-breaker. It is intended for skiing/the snow and mountains. My guess is this is from the early 90s. I am not the original owner and have not had the chance personally to wear this piece yet. But it is so cool that I have contemplated not selling it a couple times. It is on trend and a unique coat.
