The reasons specifically were 1) heel lengths do not match 2) the clipped toes is crooked and the two tips do not match 3) there is a very faint indent line down the left boot (only visible in certain light). When I purchased these boots NEW from Dillards, I did not notice these very subtle issues and. The boots simply didn't fit well and was unable to return them - hence me selling them.
