In addition Poshmark added these notes: We request that the buyer opens a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you.

jenniferlytle Again I am unable to open claim because it won’t accept the pictures of shorts. Gives me error msg. If you get the shoes sent back to you please let me know. I am so sad.

le16avril I will reach back out to poshmark support. I reached out to the other customer who received the shoes and they are out of town. They will contact me once they are back :/ If you'd rather not wait I will reach out to poshmark so that you can have a full refund of course.
