COPY - Fit and flare cutout dress

Deep cut front, adorable cutouts, fit and flare white dress This dress is brand new, it was too big on me around the waist. My waist measurement is 25 1/2 . Size says medium I would say 4-6, I'm 5'6 125 lbs and it fit everywhere but the waist and bust (big on both) Hits before my knee.
