wrt732 You sold me a compromised shirt. Posh doesn't want to make good on that. I will be taking you and your wife to small claims court unless you make a good faith effort to refund me for the shirt and shipping. I have the shirt all wrapped up and ready to send back to you. The shirt is not even close to what the manufacturer suggests the sleeve sizing should be. This was altered or is a factory second. Please reach out to me asap.

While there was something minor to address, Brian absolutely went above and beyond expectations to help resolve it without incident and as quickly as possible.
