COPY - Dress the population gown

I wore this once to a wedding it was hemmed to fit me wearing 3 and 3/4 inch heels and I am 5 ft. 6 1/2 in. no other alterations, there is a bit of a loose thread near the slit that can be very inexpensively fixed, and some slight wear and the very bottom where it hits the ground as you walk this will not be visible at eye level
