Like new! Lovely black VC blouse with bubble hem and sleeves. Small copper-colored gems cover the entire shirt - none are missing! - and sleeves are sheer (body has lining). Great top for under a blazer at work, then dressy enough for going out later. Can be worn off-the-shoulder as well, but doesn't have to be.
