tennismom18 @phatdonkey004 it can be adjusted to be between approximately 39 inches as the shortest length and up to 45 inches at the longest length with the holes provided. Hope that makes sense!

tennismom18 The lining is black. The hardware is a a shiny charcoal. The photos are accurate in my opinion…it’s a dark deep teal. Different surroundings and light may make it look different. I will try to find a stock photo if possible.
