CUPSHE brand, new with tags- tag is located on the inside of the skirt near the bottom. BUST:35.5-37.5in WAIST:27.2-29.2in HIP:38.2-40.2in Smoke free home, Pet friendly home! Loved it, but I didn't get it in time for my event. It’s so adorable, but not something I would wear.
