iguanajds @kat43230 Okay, I researched that most of these flower agates (e.g., blue, green especially) are dyed or infused with pigment. Is there a way you can certify this is not dyed? Thank you!

kat43230 @iguanajds hello, are you interested in purchasing this stone or are you just curious? Yes I’m trying to reach my wholesaler about this but he’s not in right now. If this is dyed I will find out. I’ve not been told these were dyed. I will get back to you for sure. I am aware that some agates are dyed. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. iguanajds @kat43230 I agree, some are dyed, but not all. I am interested in getting for my wife’s collection as a Mother’s Day gift. I appreciate you investigating further; I just want to be sure I provide her with the most accurate background possible as she has a large crystal collection! 😂😂 thank you again!

kat43230 @iguanajds Hi Jim, okay here’s what I found out. Agates especially are prone to being dyed. But the ones i have have a coat of clear protection on them. So if it is dyed it will be hard to tell for sure. l Idid test one of my own pieces and it was not dyed. If you’d like I can go to a gemologist and have them look at it. But I’m pretty confident that my pieces are not dyed. Let to me know thanks Kathy
