True black azure. Small used condition. Low grade piling/fuzziness to the fabric. Can't tell from distance but closer up you can see the fuzziness. Soft cotton.
Washed cold and line dried as per instructions.

@besaved01 it's unfortunately just the way the material is. It's not the thin sheer leggings material it's the thicker cotton. I tried using a clothes shaver on the piling But it did nothing.
