These are fantastic window pulley covers to keep out the draft in houses that have old pulley windows. The listing is for 10 plastic covers with 20 screws and sticker paper to attach. These work great to keep out drafts and bugs. I just installed mine this year. They came in packs of 100 and I only needed 8 so I am selling the ones I did not use.
