Lovely CONVERSE ONE STAR summer dress with ruffles around the V- Neck, sleeve openings and bottom hem. Fully lined material is sheer polyester. 22” across bust from under arm to under arm. 19” across front at elastic waist area. 38” from shoulder seam to hem. *NOTE - NOTICE MEASUREMENTS. Although the tag says XL, I keep it in the size 14 section of my closet.
