terter62 Thank you...I wish buyers better understood this. I'm finally learning to hold firm on my offers. Ive already got my closet at the very lowest possible prices and still offer the discounts... I love your closet💞 If I could I would buy SO MANY items...

serena4957 @terter62 Well, I'm glad you're standing firm as do I. is there something you like but can't afford? I'd be happy as ppy to give you my lowest. I had to make this listing because I kept getting low ball offers. Unfortunately, Poshmark has a reputation of just giving items away. This is my lively hood as it is, and I don't get paid near enough. Sometimes, I make a profit, but most of the time, I'm in the red. I really got to figure out how to make this work for me.

serena4957 When I have a dress that's $90, I do discount it before listing it,and then Poshmark takes my profit or the customer does. I have to make at least $30. How long have you been here? I'm going on my 4th year, and it's been the hardest of them all. 😪 💔 🤧

terter62 @serena4957 2 years and its killing me! I love doing it but dang! Im recently retired and thought it would be a good way to clear out my closets and earn a few bucks... Im in a small village in Alaska so its not like I can have a big yard sale🤣😂 I do enjoy it as a hobby tho. Its alot of work and folks dont realise just how much time and effort go in to each listing.

serena4957 @terter62 Well, originally, I came here to do just that clean out my closet & try and get enough money for a plane ticket to go see my daughter & grand kids. They moved to Hawaii nearly four years ago this coming June, and they have never been away from me ever. I'm disabled and can't hold down a full-time job.

serena4957 So I decided to do poshmark to make money to go see them. Never in a million years did I ever think I'd ever be able to sell anything, let alone have nearly 1000 listings. Or ever become a Poshmark Ambassador 2. Just recently got that badge. Yes, people don't get what it takes & that's why lowball offers drive me nuts.

serena4957 We, as business owners, are underpaid ,I really need to venture out so I can make more profit. I'm always checking out new business stuff. Do you have any ideas?
